Ready stock items
All products are considered sold once payment is done. No changes can be made after that.
Since there are many back outs after order has been placed, Eyeko Malaysia has decided to only reserve items for 24 hours. If there is no payment within 24 hours, the product will be for sale again.
Eyeko Malaysia is no liable to any damages to the goods once it’s send out. However, if you opt for Poslaju, and if the products are damaged, please refer it to the nearest Poslaju centre near your residential area to reimburse the product.
Delivery days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
Pre Order Items
Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive items as items will be imported from the UK.
Payment of at least 50% should be done for pre order items and the remaining 50% can be done after the order is in Eyeko Malaysia
Once the items are in Malaysia, Eyeko Malaysia will keep the items for 1 week (7days) only. If there isn't any reply from the buyer, items will be sold out to public. Bare in mind, the deposit will not be returned as well.
